Liffey
Liffey is a one-year old Golden Retriever that has a boyfriend named Henry. She follows him around like a love-struck teenager and Henry patiently accepts this adoration! Liffey was born blind but does extremely well in playtime. Her other senses guide her through the playground and she's never at a loss for friends to play with...especially if Henry is around!

Playful Pooch Boarding For Those "Dog Tired Nights"
Romp and run all day and relax the night away!
Each dog has a large cozy kennel with a PetCot to sleep on (PetCot dog
beds are reserved for our "non-chewing" guests). Soothing classical
music is played in our boarding area to relax our guests! We also offer
24 hour security monitoring for added safety.
Prices are only $36 per day and include free daycare. Siblings receive
a 25% discount when sharing the same kennel suite.
We encourage you to bring your own dog food to minimize stomach
distress. Please bring the food in a plastic container and we'll make
sure that your dog feels right at home. However, we do sell many types of high quality dog food including Diamond Natural, Chicken Soup for the Dog Lover's Soul, Taste of the Wild and Pet Fresh, and you are welcome to purchase food for your pup when you check them in for boarding.
Check out time is 10 am daily, but if you want to check out later in the day, STAY AND PLAY for only the cost of daycare!

25% Sibling Discount
The more the merrier at the Pooch! A second dog
will receive a 25% discount off of their boarding stay if sharing a
kennel with a sibling.
Special Services
We enjoy having dogs of all ages visit us at The Pooch and also know how important it is to feel comfortable leaving dogs that might require special services or medication while they are here. We are happy to assist these guests by using Pill Pockets, a nutritious beef or chicken treat with a pocket made especially for pills. We also provide a bland diet, yogurt and pumpkin in case you dog has a sensitive stomach.
Please check with us regarding any issues your dog may need addressed during their visit to determine what additional charges will be assessed.
Pet Cots Available at Playful Pooch
The PetCot dog bed provides comfort and support
for pets. The unique elevated design evenly distributes the dogs weight
while keeping the dog dry and clean. The PetCot dog bed helps prevent
joint-related difficulties and cuts down on elbow calluses. It is great
for dogs and beneficial for arthritic and geriatric pets.
Playful Pooch is proud to be one of the few boarding facilities in Colorado to provide PetCots. Cots are provided to any of our "non-chewing" guests for free. Please bring a blanket or towel to place on top of the PetCot so your pooch will feel right at home.
